The Role
As a Used Car Business Manager, you'll work closely with the Sales Manager and Sales Executives to maximise vehicle profitability while ensuring every customer receives a first-class buying experience.

Your responsibilities will include:
andmiddot;Supporting and motivating the Sales team to achieve department targets
andmiddot;Presenting finance, insurance and additional products to customers
andmiddot;Ensuring all FCA and compliance processes are followed
andmiddot;Managing finance proposals from quotation through to completion
andmiddot;Building strong relationships with finance providers
andmiddot;Maximising Finance & Insurance performance
andmiddot;Supporting vehicle sales and profitability
andmiddot;Ensuring all paperwork and documentation is completed accurately
andmiddot;Delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey

About You
andmiddot;Previous experience as a Transaction Manager, Business Manager or Senior Automotive Sales Executive
andmiddot;Strong understanding of automotive finance and insurance products
andmiddot;Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets
andmiddot;Excellent communication and negotiation skills
andmiddot;Customer-focused approach
andmiddot;Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
andmiddot;Ability to coach and support a successful sales team
andmiddot;Full UK Driving Licence
