Our client, a well-established firm within Transport and Logistics sector, based in Worcester, has an exciting new opportunity for a Transport Administrator to join their team on a part time, ongoing temporary basis due to a recent restructure.

The successful Transport Administrator should have:
andmiddot;Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
andmiddot;Confident using Excel and working with numbers
andmiddot;Reliable and able to keep on top of tasks
andmiddot;A proactive approach with the ability to use initiative
andmiddot;Good communication skills and a friendly manner

In this role, the Transport Administrator will be responsible for:
andmiddot;Inputting and maintaining accurate data on Excel spreadsheets
andmiddot;Updating and managing the driver training matrix
andmiddot;Monitoring work instructions and ensuring drivers have completed required sign-offs
andmiddot;Maintaining organised filing and compliance records
andmiddot;Providing general administrative support to the Transport Controller and wider operations team

Our client is offering the successful Transport Administrator an hourly rate of £14 to £16 per hour (depending on experience) plus benefits including holiday allowance.
