The-Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to manage the full recruitment process across both candidates and clients.-

You'll-be-responsible-for:

• Building-relationships-with-candidates-and-clients-
• Sourcing-candidates-through-LinkedIn,-job-boards-and-direct-outreach-
• Speaking-to-people-over-the-phone-and-understanding-their-career-goals-
• Developing-new-business-and-building-your-client-network-
• Managing-vacancies-from-initial-brief-through-to-placement-
• Negotiating-offers-and-closing-deals-
• Developing-your-own-specialist-market-as-you-progress-

It's a sales-focused role, so you'll be working towards targets and your results will directly influence your earnings and progression.-
