HGV SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Salary: OTE £58,375
Location: Heathrow
Hours: Monday to Friday 40hrs per week + 1 in 3 Saturday mornings

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Service Technician to join a busy commercial vehicle workshop.
This role will focus primarily on carrying out routine servicing, inspections and preventative maintenance on a range of HGVs, helping to ensure vehicles are maintained to the highest standards and kept safely on the road.

The Role:
andmiddot;Carry out routine servicing and scheduled maintenance on HGVs
andmiddot;Complete vehicle safety checks and inspections
andmiddot;Carry out basic maintenance and identify any defects
andmiddot;Report any additional repair work required
andmiddot;Complete job cards and service documentation accurately
andmiddot;Work efficiently to minimise vehicle downtime
andmiddot;Ensure all work is completed in line with company and manufacturer standards

What We're Looking For:
andmiddot;Previous experience working on HGVs or commercial vehicles for 5 years +
andmiddot;Level 3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent preferred
andmiddot;Experience carrying out servicing and routine maintenance
andmiddot;A good understanding of vehicle safety and inspection standards
andmiddot;Full UK Driving Licence
andmiddot;A reliable and organised approach to work
