WE'RE HIRING - SENIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT!
Hybrid working: 2 days per week in our Hartley Wintney office and 3 days working from home.

At Bramah HR, we're growing our recruitment division and looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Recruitment Consultant to help lead our team and drive the next stage of our growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants more than just another recruitment role. We're looking for someone who wants to make a real impact, develop a successful team and play a key role in shaping the future of our business.
What we're looking for:

• Proven experience within recruitment and business development.
• A strong track record of billing and building client relationships.
• The ability to motivate, support and develop a team.
• Someone who operates with the highest levels of integrity, honesty and professionalism, leading by example and setting clear standards of accountability.
• A commercially minded individual with an entrepreneurial approach.
• Someone ambitious who wants to progress into senior leadership.
