P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our client, who is currently looking for a Project Manager/Logistics Manager on a full-time, permanent basis located in Loddon.

Main Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in project management within logistics, supply chain, marine, transport, manufacturing, or engineering environments.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent planning, scheduling, and resource allocation skills.
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations, transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
• Experience managing suppliers, contractors, and third-party logistics providers.
• Ability to identify risks, implement mitigation measures, and resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Strong commercial awareness, including budget management and cost control.
• Experience developing and improving operational processes to increase efficiency and performance.
• Knowledge of health, safety, quality, and environmental requirements.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday.
• 37.5 hours per week.
• 1 Day WFH option.
