Project Manager or Senior Project Manager

An established construction contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Construction-Project Manager to oversee projects across the Dundee area and surrounding.-

This role will involve managing projects from pre-start through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget. You will coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers while maintaining high standards of quality and health & safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from start to handover

• Develop and monitor project programmes

• Oversee site teams and subcontractors

• Control project costs, materials and resources

• Carry out site inspections and monitor quality

• Ensure compliance with H&S and industry regulations

• Attend client and project meetings

• Work closely with commercial teams on reporting and project performance

• Manage defects and project close-out activities

About You

• Previous experience as a Project Manager, Senior Site Manager or Contracts Manager

• Strong construction background

• Excellent planning and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders

• CSCS card and full UK driving licence

• SMSTS and First Aid desirable
