Principal Designer

£55,000 - £65,000 + package

The Company

This Principal Designer role is with a leading fit out and interiors main contractor who also undertake in-house design. They specialise in the both commercial and retail sectors with clients including major banking groups, major supermarket groups and major high street retailers.

The Role

As the Principal Designer you will be responsible for:

• Lead delivery of Principal Designer and CDM Advisor services
• Act as technical contact
• Review PCI, DRRs, and design-related risk information.
• Chair design risk workshops and coordination meetings.
• Conduct site inspections, H&S audits, and reporting.

In order to be successful in this role you must have:

• Experience and technical knowledge in CDM consultancy.
• In-depth knowledge of CDM 2015 Regulations.
• Relevant H&S and CDM qualifications/accreditations (NEBOSH, APS, etc.).
• Proven record delivering CDM advisory on fit out projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
