Location: Woodford, East London
Salary: -32,000+ per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: 40 hours per week | Flexible shifts between 8am-6pm
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent | All Year Round
Start Date: ASAP
Remedy Education is currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate Nursery Room Leader to join a welcoming and well-established nursery in Woodford.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years Practitioner looking to take the next step in their career or an existing Room Leader seeking a fresh opportunity with a competitive salary and flexible working hours.
The Role
Lead and support a team of Early Years Practitioners, ensuring high standards of childcare and education.
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.
Create a safe, stimulating and nurturing learning environment.
Monitor children's development and maintain accurate observations and assessments.
Build positive relationships with parents, carers and colleagues.
Support the Nursery Manager with the smooth running of the room.
Requirements
Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
Previous experience working within a nursery setting.
Room Leader experience desirable, although strong practitioners ready to progress are encouraged to apply.
Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures.
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
A genuine passion for supporting children's early development.
