THE ROLE
As a Prepper / Painter / Polisher Technician, you will play an essential role in the vehicle refinishing process, ensuring every vehicle is prepared, painted, and finished to the highest possible standard before being returned to the customer.

Key Responsibilities:
andmiddot;Prepare vehicles and panels for painting through sanding, masking, filling, and priming
andmiddot;Carry out polishing, finishing, and rectification work to achieve a flawless finish
andmiddot;Assist with paint preparation and application where required
andmiddot;Inspect completed work to ensure exceptional quality standards are achieved
andmiddot;Work closely with Paint Sprayers, Panel Technicians, and MET Technicians throughout the repair process
andmiddot;Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
andmiddot;Follow manufacturer repair methods and company quality procedures
andmiddot;Complete all work efficiently while meeting agreed repair deadlines

ABOUT YOU
We're looking for a reliable, hardworking, and quality-focused technician who takes pride in producing outstanding vehicle finishes.
andmiddot;Previous experience as a Vehicle Prepper, Painter, Polisher, or within an automotive bodyshop environment
andmiddot;Strong knowledge of vehicle preparation, polishing, and paint finishing techniques
andmiddot;Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workmanship
andmiddot;Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
andmiddot;Understanding of health and safety procedures within a bodyshop environment
andmiddot;Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
andmiddot;Full UK Driving Licence beneficial but not essential
andmiddot;ATA Accreditation advantageous but not essential
