- Conduct accurate fault diagnosis on accident-damaged vehicles
- Stripping and refitting mechanical and electrical components
- Mechanical repairs including suspension and steering alignments
- Refitting trims and interior components following manufacturer guidelines
- Ensuring repairs meet quality standards, including welding and jig work as a-MET Technician
- Working independently and following manufacturer repair methods
- Completing job cards efficiently and accurately
- Maintaining vehicle care, organising parts, and effective communication within the team
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
- Proven experience as an MET Technician with strong mechanical and electrical repair skills
- Ability to work independently and follow precise repair procedures
- Relevant automotive repair qualifications and certifications
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
- Experience handling accident repair work including fault diagnosis and refitting
- Knowledge of manufacturer repair methods and standards
