The Role

You will blend creative marketing delivery with genuine business development responsibility. From shaping campaigns to picking up the phone and building new customer relationships, you will own your work and see clear results.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new prospects through outbound calling and targeted lead generation
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with prospective B2B customers
• Develop and deliver marketing strategy across digital, email, social media and SEO
• Create engaging website content, sales literature, product information and imagery
• Manage and update the company e-commerce platform and marketing databases
• Plan and execute email campaigns, social media activity and promotional initiatives
• Coordinate trade shows, exhibitions and company events
• Work closely with the sales team to deliver qualified leads and drive revenue growth
• Maintain consistent branding and manage relationships with external suppliers and agencies

About You

• Confident and commercially driven - comfortable making outbound calls and generating new opportunities
• Experienced in B2B marketing, lead generation, content creation or business development
• Proactive, organised and self-motivated - you take ownership and deliver results
• Strong communicator with a creative mindset and a focus on achieving targets
• Eager to grow your skills and make a tangible impact within a successful business
