The Position - HLTA

A welcoming and Outstanding primary school in Lewisham is looking to appoint a confident and enthusiastic HLTA to join their team from September. The successful candidate will be responsible for covering lessons across the school, delivering pre-planned learning, and supporting pupils to remain engaged and make progress.You will work closely with class teachers and senior leaders, providing high-quality classroom support while maintaining a positive learning environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent behaviour management skills, strong communication abilities, and previous experience working as a HLTA or in a similar role within a primary school.
