Hire Fleet Coordinator

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Hire Fleet Coordinator to join a growing specialist fleet business based at their Berkeley depot.
This is a varied role combining sales, customer service, fleet coordination and administration, managing the hire process from the initial customer enquiry through to delivery and completion.

The Role
andmiddot;Handle incoming enquiries and generate new business through outbound sales calls.
andmiddot;Manage vehicle hire orders from enquiry through to delivery and invoicing.
andmiddot;Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
andmiddot;Coordinate vehicle availability and delivery drivers to maximise fleet utilisation.
andmiddot;Complete hire documentation and ensure records are accurate and compliant.
andmiddot;Produce regular reports on fleet, hires and sales activity.
andmiddot;Maintain customer and vehicle information on internal systems.
andmiddot;Identify vehicle damage and manage customer recharges where required.
andmiddot;Work closely with the Hire Fleet Manager, Workshop, Service and Logistics teams.

Required

andmiddot;Previous experience in telephone sales, customer service or a similar commercial role.
andmiddot;Confident communicator with a strong telephone manner.
andmiddot;Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
andmiddot;Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
andmiddot;Able to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
andmiddot;Full clean UK driving licence.
andmiddot;A proactive, customer-focused approach with a genuine interest in sales.
