Freight Sales Manager (Air & Sea)

£35,000 - £45,000 (OTE -55k+) + Commission + Progression + Company Benefits + Company Bonus

Manchester - Hybrid + Client Visits

Are you a Freight Sales Manager or similar with Air and Sea Freight experience, looking to join a rapidly growing global logistics business where you can develop key accounts, drive new business and boost your earnings through commission?

Established 10 years ago, this global freight forwarding and logistics business provides multimodal transport and supply chain solutions to major customers across international markets. The UK operation has grown rapidly since its launch and, with significant further growth planned, they are now looking to strengthen their commercial team.

In this role, you will manage and develop an existing portfolio of freight accounts while identifying opportunities to win new business. You will build strong customer relationships, develop commercial opportunities, negotiate rates and work closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive an excellent service. The role will involve some travel to client sites, with a strong opportunity to increase your earnings through commission.

This role would suit a Freight Sales Manager or similar with Air and Sea Freight experience, looking to join a rapidly expanding business and take ownership of key accounts whilst going out and winning new business.

The Role:

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of freight accounts

• Identify and win new business opportunities

• Build relationships with new and existing customers

• Develop commercial proposals and negotiate freight rates

• Work closely with internal operations teams to deliver customer requirements

• Attend client meetings and travel to customer sites when required

The Person:

• Freight Sales or Account Management experience

• Air and Sea Freight experience

• Willing to travel to client sites

• Commutable to Manchester
