Electrical Installer - Permanent Position

Location: Central London
Position: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum + Package

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting on behalf of an established client for an experienced Electrical Installer to join their team on a permanent basis.

Full training will be provided where required.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installation works across various sites throughout Central London.

• Install, maintain and modify temporary/site-based electrical systems.

• Work from electrical drawings, specifications and site instructions.

• Ensure all electrical installations are completed to a high standard.

• Work safely and in accordance with current electrical regulations and site requirements.

• Manage and prioritise your own workload to meet project deadlines.

• Coordinate effectively with other trades and members of the site team.

• Support and coordinate the work of other operatives where required.

• Identify and report any issues or defects promptly.

• Complete work accurately and efficiently whilst maintaining high standards of workmanship.

• Communicate professionally with colleagues, clients, contractors and site management.

Experience

Candidates should have:

• Proven experience working as an Electrical Installer.

• Previous experience with Site Temps / temporary site electrical installations - essential.

• Experience carrying out electrical installation works within construction or site-based environments.

• Ability to work on own initiative.

• Experience managing and prioritising your own workload and, where required, the workload of others.

• Experience working under pressure and to strict deadlines.

• Experience managing and coordinating the work of others.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a wider site team.

Qualifications & Requirements

The following qualifications and requirements apply:

ECS Card - essential.

City & Guilds electrical qualification or equivalent.

Current electrical regulations certification.

Minimum Grade C in Mathematics and English, or equivalent qualification.

Relevant electrical installation experience.

Site Temps experience is essential.

Training for the role will be provided where required.
