Job Description
I'm recruiting on behalf of a growing faandccedil;ade contractor that is looking to strengthen its design team with the appointment of a Design Manager.
The business delivers faandccedil;ade packages valued between £1m-£10m across both new build and re-cladding projects, working with leading main contractors throughout London.

The Role
- Managing faandccedil;ade design from pre-construction through to completion.
- Coordinating architects, consultants, structural engineers and specialist suppliers.
- Reviewing drawings and technical submissions.
- Managing RFIs, design changes and approvals.
- Ensuring designs comply with Building Regulations and project specifications.
- Supporting project delivery teams throughout construction.
- £65,000 - £85,000 salary.

- Previous experience with a specialist faandccedil;ade or cladding contractor.
- Good understanding of curtain walling, rainscreen cladding and faandccedil;ade systems.
- Experience managing multiple projects.
- Strong technical and coordination skills.
- AutoCAD or Revit knowledge would be advantageous.
