About the Role
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Construction Plant Operative Trainer / Tutor to join their team in Liverpool.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction plant professional looking to move into, or continue within, a training and education environment.
The successful candidate will use their practical industry experience and technical knowledge to support and develop learners pursuing careers within the construction plant sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality training and tutoring to learners within construction plant operations.
- Provide practical and theoretical instruction across relevant construction plant disciplines.
- Support learners in developing the skills, knowledge and competence required for employment within the construction industry.
- Plan and deliver engaging training sessions in line with relevant qualifications, standards and awarding-body requirements.
- Assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback and guidance.
- Monitor learner progress and maintain accurate training and assessment records.
- Ensure training is delivered in a safe, professional and inclusive environment.
- Promote and maintain high standards of health and safety throughout all practical training activities.
- Support learners with their development, progression and employability.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and other industry professionals to ensure an effective learning experience.
About You
