BMS Design Engineer
Job Description
Working on the NTT Data Centre project in Dagenham, taking ownership of BMS, EPMS and EMS engineering designs from project handover through commissioning and completion.
* Producing points lists, I/O schedules, controller schedules, Functional Design Specifications (FDS), network architectures and technical drawings.
* Designing resilient control systems for critical mechanical and electrical infrastructure, including N, N+1 and 2N redundancy.
* Coordinating with Project Managers, commissioning teams, consultants, clients and subcontractors.
* Supporting FAT, SFAT, Integrated Systems Testing (IST), commissioning and final handover.
* Reviewing control panel layouts, wiring diagrams and third-party integrations.
* Mentoring junior design engineers and apprentices.
