Bid Manager

Location: Remote with head office based in Dachet, Windsor.

Salary:- Basic salary of £55,000 to £65,000 with benefits package

My client is a mid-sized cleaning and facilities management company, with revenues of circa -200m providing facilities management services across the UK.- -The role is to support the growth of the hospitality division.- Focused on providing cleaning and-associate services in hotels, restaurants, private members clubs and event venues, the role will work closely with the Managing Director and Business Development Director to grow and develop the business.

The Role:

The senior management team are looking to create a market leading brand in hospitality.- They are looking for someone to join the team and assist with creating the brand, managing the whole process of prospecting and winning new opportunities.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

• Cleaning and facilities management
• Managing the whole proposal process, creating proposal for complex tender opportunities
• Marketing and identifying new prospect opportunities
• Managing clients, suppliers and senior stakeholders.
